Common issues and their fixes, ordered by how likely each cause is. Start at the top of the symptom you're seeing; stop when the fix works. Logs from Help → Show Logs help for anything not covered here.
Sia Wallet not syncing
Wallet locked / password error
Balance is wrong or zero
Transaction stuck pending

Sia Wallet writes diagnostic logs locally at ~/.sia-wallet/logs (Linux/macOS) or %APPDATA%\Sia Wallet\logs (Windows). Help → Show Logs in the menu opens this folder. Recent errors are in sia-wallet.log. When reporting an issue, include the last 50 lines of this file, your OS and version, your Sia Wallet version (Help → About), and the exact steps to reproduce the problem. Report at siawallet.tech.
